Welcome to Brothers Event Rentals. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of our website and your rental of equipment from Brothers Event Rentals ("we," "us," or "our").

By browsing our website, requesting a quote, or paying a deposit for a rental order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Reservations and Payments

  • Quotes & Booking: A quote does not guarantee equipment availability. An order is only confirmed once a [Insert Percentage, e.g., 50%] non-refundable deposit is received and the rental agreement is signed or acknowledged.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the delivery or event date. If an order is placed within 2 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely. We do not keep your full credit card information on file.

2. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation more than 2 days before the event, you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit, but any additional payments made will be refunded. Cancellations made within 2 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Order Reductions: You may add items to your order subject to availability. Reductions to the order cannot be made within 2 days of the event date.
  • Weather Policy (Florida): We do not issue refunds for inclement weather (including rain, wind, or tropical storms) once the equipment has been delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to have a weather backup plan. In the event of severe weather prior to delivery, we will work with you to reschedule your rental to a future date, subject to availability.

3. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup

  • Site Preparation: The customer or a designated representative must be present at the time of delivery to confirm the placement of the equipment. The delivery area must be clear of debris, furniture, and pet waste.
  • Delivery Accessibility: Please notify us in advance of any delivery obstacles such as stairs, elevators, steep driveways, or gated access. Additional fees may apply for complex deliveries.
  • Pickup: All equipment must be broken down, stacked, and prepared for pickup in the same location it was delivered, unless "Setup and Teardown" services were specifically paid for in your order. Linens must be free of debris and placed in the provided bags.

4. Equipment Use and Customer Responsibility

  • Care of Equipment: Upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for the equipment. Equipment must be protected from weather, theft, and damage at all times.
  • No Relocation: Equipment must not be moved from the delivery address without our prior written consent.
  • Cleaning: Equipment should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Glassware, flatware, and plates must be scraped and rinsed. Excessive dirt, food stains, or wax on linens may result in additional cleaning fees.

5. Damages, Loss, and Replacement Fees

The customer is strictly liable for any damage to or loss of the rental equipment, regardless of cause (including but not limited to weather, theft, vandalism, or misuse by guests).

  • In the event of damage, you will be charged for the repair costs.
  • If the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full retail replacement value of the item(s).
  • We will automatically bill the credit card on file for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning fees.

6. Indemnification and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brothers Event Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, property damage, injuries, or death arising out of or related to the use, operation, or possession of the rented equipment.

Brothers Event Rentals is not responsible for any damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscaping caused by the delivery or setup of equipment (such as staking tents).

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Insert Your County, e.g., Miami-Dade] County, Florida.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
